Wow..

In less than a week, it's 2011.
Somehow it feels like 2010 flew through.
It feels like everything just happened yesterday.
Just yesterday,
I was in uni, waiting to attend PSY106 in the comp lab, smiled, and deactivated my Facebook account (and then shit happened).
Just yesterday,
Karie and Mel were in my house playing after they did a silly inventory of which they had to go to uni for on Saturday. They played, as I napped a little. They played, and we laughed tons as Mel pushed away Karie's huge ball away to prevent her from winning. They played, and Mel exclaimed that Winnee was laughing at them.
Just yesterday,
Mel, Sarah, Joyce and Zhen came over to my house, and we had a lot of fun ;) It was the beginning of the Monopoly Deal hype too!! :)
Just yesterday,
it was Karie's Soft Toy Birthday Party ;)
Just yesterday,
it was all about us surprising and celebrating Sarah's birthday :)
Just yesterday,
it was Chinese New Year, and we had dinner in New Paris.

Yi Zhen texted me so spontaneously that she wants to do her hair, and it had to be the next day! Haha, fun ;)

tofu and I met up together to watch Eat,Pray,Love :)

we hanged out in 1U, and did practically nothing much except walking and talking, window-shopping and talking, sitting down and talking, eating and talking.

she came over to have a sleepover in my house for the first time.

we all went for CHC's first Easter production, but couldn't get in, so we left and had ice cream in McD's instead. After that, I attended that production, twice.

I went with my siblings to karaoke, and we sang our hearts out.

I went for CHC's Christmas production, played Tap Tap, visited tofu, and went for karaoke :)

we were in Winnee's office, chattering and laughing away. I didn't talk much, but it sure was nice to hang out with an admirable yet intimidating lecturer! :)

was ARUPS. We worked ourselves out.. and I realize tons of people were ultimately stressed and extremely tired. But I found it a great experience... or maybe I'm just easily happified.

it was before we went to Rayner's party. Had a nice little chat with Moon and Nico :)

Sniffy brought me a Grande Peppermint Mocha Frapuccino (+3 shots).

we celebrated Meng's birthday in Italiannies.

I realized Weng Khye is really a nice guy after I got all irritated (and perhaps to him, it was the first time he saw me getting so annoyed) and so he suggested to go for karaoke anyway. Most likely I wasn't the only factor - it was after exams, and he hadn't went for karaoke for a long time too it seems. But still, very nice of that little kid! It's good because nice people are running low in this world :D and somehow I was happy to have showed that I was annoyed since.. ah haa, generally the day turned out well :)

I was in Bubba Gump, celebrating my 21st birthday.

we were laughing on about something during break.

it was bloody prom.. and after that we went for karaoke.

I went for a trip to Malacca with Mel, Meng, Jen, Jie Xin and Chew Wei. We ate tons, laughed tons, enjoyed tons, and had tons of good memories :)

I was in Yi Zhen's uncle house with Mel, playing truth or dare.

I showed Yi Zhen a thank you video and she laughed. Later, she showed it to her sister, and Yi Lin chased her into the room.

I was sad.

I regretted.

I learnt from my mistakes.

I learnt that I won't make wrong decisions, as long as I don't act.. or speak when I am angry.

But with memories like these.. 2010 has been a fruitful year, and I'm sure I hadn't listed everything down yet. Every single day of 2010 has been like Christmas. Every day I am gifted with a memory to keep, or otherwise, a day to live. ;)

Welp..

Maybe I should blog about prom.
It was quite a day.
I starved until ... they allowed us to eat.
I didn't intentionally not eat.. just that I was supposed to be on vegetarian,
it was raining cats and dogs,
cars were everywhere,
and by the time it was 3..
I gave up on lunch and went to the saloon instead.
My hairstylists are interesting people.
They said that "你十句話 得那三句可以信下"
Oh come on... all the compliments I tell them are from my heart alright!
ANYWAY.
So yeah.. they made my hair all.. erm..

wavy?
Whatever.
Then they put a currypuff in the middle.
Uh hum. Then I'm all set!
Went home and managed to wash up a little (otherwise I'll feel SUPER uneasy).
I guess, it was kinda lucky that some forgettery bought me some time ;)
Next, one thing.. about makeup.
1. My mom only has lipstick.
2. Who's gonna help me makeup?
So.. I don't care la =D
..when Kar arrived she made sure I put some up anyway. Tee hee thanks Kar! And Wei Wei! :D
I guess my lips did look nicer after putting some of the lip gloss! HAHA. Can mwah nicely. xD
Food was.. ... seriously.. a letdown in terms of hotel food. My granny can cook better than them!
But it was alright. Edible.
I guess even if the point of prom was to dress up and dance..
I think the best part was.. we spent time together =D

Sunday has been a fruitful day :D
First I woke up earlier than 8.
When I wake up THAT early,
it means it's gonna be a long day... and it is!
...because see,
it's currently 1.29am and I'm still not sleeping (I'll explain why later.. if I remember to).
So woke up .. and went off to church o_O
Pins and Needles was great ;)

Tofu was happy to see Kalor cappie and ... Kalor. :D YAY.

Had lunch at Food&Tea Restaurant (I think that's the name) with Yi Zhen & co.
Then went for a KTV session at Sunway Giza.
HAHA. I managed to finish rapping Eminem's feat. Rihanna's Love The Way You Lie! OMG must be adrenaline rush.
In between played with Sun Mei's cousin Alethia. :D
TAP TAP FTW! Have I ever mentioned that one of the reasons I want an iPod Touch is because of TAP TAP!?!?!?! :D
..and finally, it's time for home.
Damn freaking tired.

Had the usual dinner.
Went through a pre-torturing prom-clothes wearing session.
