my life: BIGBANG

I'm spending time to write this post because I want to remember as many details as I can about BigBang's concert in Malaysia. (so if you're not interested in them just skip this post cuz it'll be all about them)

I remember thinking I may not enjoy the concert as much since a day before I read a fan account that says 'yes guys, GD smokes. TOP smokes too'. That really turned me off. I really dislike smokers. I still like them and their songs though, perhaps because I know I'll never see them smoke in front of me. So I guess it doesn't matter THAT much.

Anyways, Bing and I reached about one hour plus earlier just in case there'd be really bad traffic jam. When we reached the place was already packed with tons of people, and they had blocked cars from actually driving into the road to the stadium so we had to walk in.

I think the moment I arrived I went into this I'm NOT GOING TO MISS OUT ON ANYTHING mode. So I saw this Samsung Galaxy guy walking around giving out stuff, I kept following him around but he keeps eluding me. HELLO MISTER GIVE ME ONE OF THOSE THINGS YOU'RE GIVING OUT LA.

I thought it was free BigBang picture cards but it was some sticker to protect yourself from the phone radiation thingy. That's not too bad. Then I wanted to look for the Official Merchandise booth but Bing was too anxious I guess.

So we went in and found our seats. We didn't know what to do until 8. An hour before the concert started, they started to play video clips of Samsung Galaxy and BigBang's music videos. Everyone was so high it was crazy. That one time they played G-Dragon's Crayon. OH MY GOD. The crowd was DAMN ON. They sung along like they were already there. I LOVE THE CROWD EFFECT.

Then I had a hunch that I'm going to enjoy the concert very very much.
For one, I didn't bring a camera. Two, my iPhone's image quality really sucks.
So oh yes I did. I just focused on the concert. But I did take out my phone to record Haru Haru because they were going to sing TOP a birthday song right after. But I guess we sat too far and not every fans know about it so I could barely hear it. I'm sure he heard it though. I saw tears swelling in his eyes :)

There were a few sessions of heavy rain between 7 - 8. The sky was still clear so I saw the raindrops. Not sure if in between the concert there were still rain though. It wouldn't matter. What matters is the show WENT ON. They started late though because they had to sweep the water away from stage. Too slippery. It was kinda cute. The crowd boo'ed at the sky when it started raining... and they cheered for the crew who were 'drying' up the stage.

...and then it happened. They landed and here are the things I remember and want to etch into memory.
- tonight, such a beautiful night.
- Seungri: the rain is not going to stop us now!
- Fantastic Baby - people were supposed to switch to red lightsticks (I don't know why) but it kinda failed because Fantastic Baby is the song that gets everyone pumped up
- the transition when the crowd knew they were gonna start singing BLUE. It became a beautiful blue sea in the stadium. I remember GD's face so clearly. It was so brief, but when he walked out and saw the crowd, his eyes O_O for one second. So I know he likes it and he appreciates it :) so did the other BigBang members. They came out one by one and pretty much all of them were happy tee hee. If memory serves me right, the blue sea made Taeyang smile. It was so pretty. The best thing was when the song ended, it was a yellow BigBang universe again. The transition was BEAUTIFUL. I remember many moments when I stared at the beautiful lights below instead of paying attention to their faces. I thought to myself this is even more beautiful than watching the Songs of the Sea in Singapore.
- Haru Haru.. haha, the fans all knew the chorus, and Bing kept saying that BigBang must've loved the way we sung because they made us sing it again lol. *I watched the video again. We sung it twice and then G-Dragon prompted us to sing it again. I guess he really enjoyed the crowd effect too! :D
- Hands UP. I can never get enough of TOP's rap here. It's DOPE.
- Daesung's WINGS. This was the song my brother couldn't stand in the Alive album LOL. Bing said she'd rather he sung Baby Don't Cry than Wings. Hehe, but I know better. Wings was epic. Crowd effect was epic! I think Daesung got rather touched because at one point I saw his eyes in tears.
- Crowd singing happy birthday to TOP and I guess he was lost for words because Taeyang had to prompt him to say something 'TOP happy birthday man!' Haha, uh oh.. Taeyang you didn't say hyung ;p
- They also sung Last Farewell. It's my favourite song because they have a *Japanese* version of it COMPLETELY in ENGLISH. HAHA
- TOP bingu dance. TOP playing sliding on water on stage. I was so far but it was sho cute all the same!
- Taeyang rapping 'aku cinta padamu' lollllll
- GD's Crayon & One Of A Kind with his brothers beatboxing for him. GD's WHY SO SERIOUS. EPIC. I LUV IT.
- TOP saying 'I will remember all your faces'. Bing and I were like... yea right...
- GD saying that we are the best stage. Hopefully, not best stage in Asia, but best stage in the whole Galaxy tour.
- Seungri's solo - Strong Baby and What Can I Do. I couldn't see his performance clearly because somehow the screen blacked out on us for practically his whole performance =_= but he sung well hehe. He still has abit of that noseblocked tone. AHAHA.
- GD&TOP's HIGH HIGH. Heheheheehehe.. at the start of it GD lied down and dragged himself on stage nearer to the fans. They went crazy.
- Taeyang's solo. Only Look At Me & Wedding Dress. He tore his shirt and people went crazy. He slipped and kinda fell because the stage was too slippery and the crowd went *gasp* but he's fine :)
- MONSTER!!!! Bing loves this song. She specifically requested for the lightstick when they sung this song. Lolzzz
- GD&TOP's Knock Out. It's my favourite song. But I still can't rap the whole thing.
- Cafe, Bad Boy, Love Song, Feeling, Lies. :)
- Encore: Fantastic Baby - lol... the girl sitting in front of me gestured at me to stand up. So I thought AH WHAT THE HECK, I'LL DANCE ALONG..... and I went crazy. The girl sitting beside me kept looking at me like I'm some lunatic. Pleeeeeeeease this is a CONCERT and I am ENJOYING MYSELF. It felt good to dance at random to Fantastic Baby. I don't know the original dance. If they asked us to dance with the move Seungri taught us then.. I forgot.
- Heaven. Hahaa. This is their signature song :)
- The concert ended with Hands Up.

...and I am playing Last Farewell on lapps LOUDLY now because my stupid younger brother was rude to my mom for no particular reason.. and I want to DESTROY HIS NAP.

Anyways yea so the concert ended. I didn't know why but throughout the whole thing I was tearing up here and there. Is it because I needed to cry? (I haven't been crying for a long time). Is it because I'm really touched that so many people love BigBang? HAHAHA.

I think it's the latter :)
I like TOP's looks, but looks are pointless if I didn't truly love their songs. I connect with their songs. It feels as though I can relate so much with them with their lyrics (especially GD's) and somehow, we're kinda at the same age range. They're between 22-25 years old.. and somehow, knowing what shit they have to deal with (from the newspapers and internet) they must find it touching that there are actually so many that cared for them.... especially Daesung. Otherwise tears wouldn't be visible in his eyes. The crowd was epic when he sung Wings.

Haha, anyways enough about my thoughts about them.

When the concert ended Bing and I tried looking for the Official Merchandise booth again. But it was nowhere in sight. So we walked up to where my dad dropped us.

Side Note: That stupid sibling curled up to one side trying to nap. SUCCESS. STUPID RUDE IDIOTIC MORON. I AM GOING TO ANNOY THE SHIT OUT OF YOU BECAUSE I KNOW YOU WOULDN'T DARE TO SPEAK UP TO ME. *btw tofu if you read this, don't show it to Jun, thanks. LOL.

Then I needed to pee.

Bing frowned at me. I made her call dad and bro said I could go pee. YEY!!!!
I walked up hoping maybe I could bump into them in the toilet.

Nope, no luck.
But we found the Official Merchandise booth WOOHOO!!!!!

I brought RM350 (with my bro sponsoring us RM100) to buy their goods, haha. I thought I could save money. Nope.
Bing really likes the hoodie, it was RM230. So I was like ok, I'll get it for you.
Then the salesgirl says the badges is the last set. Ok, I grabbed it.
Then I saw the black t-shirt. I LUV IT. I got it.

That all adds up to RM350!! YAY I'M BROKE!!
Then I told Bing, HEHEHEE LUCKILY I WANTED TO PEE RIGHT?

She's like hehee yeaaaaa.. now we're both happy! :D :D :D :D

Then we got into dad's car. OH MAI GAWD. They're in the car right in front of us!!! Then my dad says 'ok la I drive up to their side let you see them'. But their glass was of course... tinted. Then I went crazy again and took out the crown lightstick. I think it caught their attention. Then my dad scrolled down the window.

I turned the lightstick on again. Then their car pulled the windows down then I'm like OMG!!! It was their driver and some security guy staring at me -_-

But I still got crazy and went like 'HELLUUUUUU ANYBODY THERE!!!??'

The guy just stared at me... and I shut up =_=
Then my bro said 'That looks like Seungri'. Then I said again, 'SEUNGRI?'

The guy stared at me.
Then I shut up again. Haiyoooooooo then my dad scrolled the windows back up ):
I didn't see anyone.

Then Bing said she thinks she saw Seungri peeking out.
That's nice :)

Most likely I'll never see them again. I think yeah, I'll never see them in such close distance again. But I guess they heard my voice. *casting endowment effect again*

Then I went home to read iamboey.com
